Blot

Thanks to Iain Rowan sending me down a rabbit hole yesterday, I now find myself with an account at the micro-blogging site Blot. For those who don't know (which included me until yesterday), Blot is a really neat concept - it automatically formats and publishes pretty much anything that you put into a particular Dropbox folder. Simple as that.

I haven't really come up with a use case for it yet, but it strikes me that it might be something similar to what Tumblr used to be. Anyway, I have an account. I don't know what I'll end up doing with it, but the site is here Julian Simpson and there's a link on it to grab the RSS feed.

If it becomes a thing for me, I'll let you know.
