A new item in the store...

Another Monday morning. And I say that like it's a bad thing, but actually, being freelance, there's not really much of a delineation between weekdays and weekends.
Last week was focused on admin; getting the Crowley Kickstarter to pre-launch stage, writing promotional posts, wrangling with links and images, and filters on Reddit (you would not believe how many audio fiction fans seem to live on Reddit).
This week, then, needs to refocus on the day job; there's a TV pilot script to get out the door, the novel to push forward on, a feature script to get underway... And it's a pretty clear week meetings-wise, so I should be able to build up something resembling a head of steam.
I have dusted off a different keyboard for the occasion. The Voyager is a great challenge, but I want something that will get out of the way and just let me write. More than that, I need it to make me WANT to write. The Qwerkywriter is the perfect tool for the job:

Cherry MX Blue switches, for a very satisfying clacky sound and feel. And yes, the lever does work as a return key, and yes the wheels on the back do scroll the screen. It's also wireless, so it can be moved out of the way when I want to work with pen and paper. Perfect.
Some vague ideas for journal posts this week. I think I want to write something about The Invisibles, but that might turn into a longer piece.
The Cartoon Gravity shop is now open on RedBubble. It is bare bones at the moment, because I like try to order samples of everything before they go on sale, to make sure their up to snuff. But we do have Chris Prince's amazing Crowley design (as seen above) available on a bunch of products and those are worth looking at:

Have a good one.
